What is Viso Now and how does it work?
Viso Now is a platform for creating and running real-world AI vision. It’s your AI computer vision engineer and enables anyone to create and operate agentic visual AI systems.
Simply chat to instantly build computer vision systems and agentic visual AI use cases, connect them to your cameras and tools, with no technical knowledge needed.
How much does Viso Now cost?
Viso Now offers a Free plan to get started, Pro and Business plans for teams building AI vision agents, and an Enterprise plan for larger organizations with advanced governance, deployment, and support needs.
Pro starts at $25/month and Business starts at $50/month, with credits shared across unlimited users. Enterprise pricing is based on company size and includes volume-based credit pricing.
What is included in the Free plan?
On the free plan, you get 5 credits every day, up to 30 credits per month. Getting started on the free plan does not require a credit card, and you can always upgrade.
The generous free plan also includes the ability to build and run AI vision agents, access to the Visual General Intelligence engine, unlimited collaborators, and powerful connectors.
What are credits?
Credits are the usage unit in Viso Now. They are used when you create, run, or interact with AI vision agents. Credit usage vary depending on the task complexity, selected capabilities, and processing requirements.
The Free plan includes daily credits up to a monthly limit. Pro and Business plans include monthly credits, with credit rollovers allowing eligible unused credits to carry over.

What happens when I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you can wait until your credits renew, upgrade your plan, or purchase additional credits if your plan supports top-ups.
Enterprise customers can work with the Viso team on volume-based credit packages.
Is Viso Now priced per user?
No. Credits are shared across unlimited users. Enterprise pricing is based on company size and broader platform needs rather than simple per-user seat pricing.
